It’s been very interesting in preparation. I know I can do the distance – it will be more about how well I can do.
From the lessons so far – I think the key will be nutrition to last the distance. All our gizmos will come into play – vita fruit, evergreen, electrosport for electrolytes.
I’m just wondering what kind of food I should take along the way – maybe some nuts.
